Mary

Account Specialist

Mary is often described as the heart of the office. As the company matriarch, she helps keep daily operations organized while ensuring deadlines, paperwork, and client communication stay on track.

Known for her calm and welcoming personality, Mary spends much of her time speaking with clients, organizing submissions, and supporting the team behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and commitment to helping others make her an important part of the Kordeck and Associates experience.

Outside of the business, Mary has dedicated many years to serving her community. She works with developmentally disabled students and has remained actively involved in volunteer organizations and community support groups for years.

Clients appreciate Mary’s patience, kindness, and willingness to take the time to answer questions.

Marty

Senior Account Specialist

Marty brings years of technical training, business ownership experience, and problem-solving skills to Kordeck and Associates.

With a background in electrical engineering technology and multiple trades, Marty has spent much of his career working in hands-on industries that required precision, discipline, and adaptability. Alongside his technical career, he also operated several small businesses ranging from commercial services to retail operations.

His entrepreneurial mindset and determination continue to shape the company’s growth today. Marty strongly believes in finding creative solutions, testing new ideas, and continuing to improve the way the business serves its clients.

That same persistence helps drive the company’s commitment to helping people navigate difficult foreclosure recovery situations with confidence and support.

Andrew

Account Specialist

Andrew is known within the team for his reliability, leadership, and strong work ethic. His background includes studies in engineering and criminal justice, along with years of public service experience.

Currently working in the corrections field, Andrew brings organization, discipline, and leadership skills that help support the company’s daily operations and administrative processes.

In addition to assisting with client support and document preparation, Andrew has contributed to improving internal systems that help streamline company workflows and improve efficiency.

Michelle

Account Specialist

Michelle plays an important role in client communication, record keeping, and claim organization at Kordeck and Associates.

With a background in nursing and healthcare support, she brings compassion, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to every client interaction. Michelle assists clients with questions, documentation, and ensuring claim materials are properly organized throughout the process.

Her caring personality and commitment to helping people feel comfortable make her a valued member of the team.

The “Deck Crew” represents the next generation behind Kordeck and Associates. While they may be the youngest members of the team, they help bring energy, positivity, and plenty of smiles to the office.
